Step Two
Four craftsman plans, all built around one-level living. Bennett keeps it simple. Ellis adds room to spread out. Foster tucks a bonus room upstairs. Sutton raises Ellis over a full basement.
Base prices shown. Every home takes about 4 months to build. Compare all four plans in detail.
Step Three
Siding, accent, roof, and stone. These are the exterior choices for every Holly Creek home. Pick what you like, or leave a category on “help me choose” and we’ll sort it out together. Interior selections come later, with our design team, and everything gets priced in your final estimate.
