The Plan
The Bennett gives you 1,500 square feet. Your bedroom, laundry, kitchen, and living room all sit on the main floor, with a covered porch off the back and a two-car garage. Take a look at the drawing. Then come walk the real thing while it’s still going up.
Under Construction
Framing went up in July, and completion is set for fall 2026. Buying at this stage means you have a say in the finishes before they’re locked in. Keep the board as it is, or change what you want while the timeline allows.
A $10,000 deposit is all it takes to start making semi-custom selections on this home.
